About Rhiannon...
I'm not one of those photographers who has always been drawn to the lens. As a child I always wanted to be an actress. An elective during my Drama degree took me to the other side of the camera and I was hooked. Storytelling has always been my passion, and film and photography has given me the opportunity to creatively explore this. I'm not someone who cares a great deal about curating the perfect shot. For me, telling your story and capturing the emotion of the day in a non-obtrusive and relaxed way is my ultimate goal. I'm 34 years old and currently am based on the Sunshine Coast with my husband Ryan, children Indi and Nash, and two snakes Turtle and Charlie.

Wedding and Family Packages
'Only Love' Mini Wedding Package
Photography Package $2500, Videography Package $2700
This package is for the couple who would like a beautiful film or photographs of their day but aren't fussed to have every detail captured. Its is a 5 hour package and includes one Photographer or Videographer (depending on which service you want to go with) to cover the day. This package usually covers from the end of getting ready to the beginning of reception. For film you will also receive a separate edit of the full ceremony in addition to the highlights. 'Sea of Love' Full Day Wedding Package
Photography Package - $3000, Videography Package - $3500
This package is for the couple who wants to capture all the details of their day. It's a 10 hour package and covers from pre-ceremony preparation to night time dance floor shenanigans. You get one Photographer or Videographer (depending on the service you want to book). In addition to the highlight film you will also receive separate files of the full ceremony, speeches, first dance and cake cutting. 'Come Sail Away' Wedding Elopement Packages
Photography Package $1500, Videography Package $1500
This package is for the couple who want to elope for their wedding. Its is a 2 hour package and includes one Photographer or Videographer (depending on which service you want to go with) to cover the day. This package usually covers from the start of the ceremony to the end of portraits. For film you will also receive a separate edit of the full ceremony in addition to the highlights film on USB . 'We are Family' Package (Families, Newborn, Engagements, Maternity)
Photography Package - $450 Videography Package - $750 Extended Family Session - $550
These sessions are an hour long. You receive 100+ edited images uploaded to a gallery (pixieset). For film you receive a 3-5 minute film edited to music. If you would like to schedule a session please use the contact form.
KICKSTARTER

For people who are starting out with a new product or brand. 'Kickstarter' is an all rounder package, it gives you a little bit of everything. This package includes lifestyle images as well as product shots. For films you receive a short visual film of your product/brand edited to music. This session is 1-2 hours. CATAPULT
Photography Package $750, Videography Package $850, Dual Package $1250
For existing brands that need content for websites, social or general marketing . This includes headshots, lifestyle images and product photos. Films are edited to music and include audio and narration as well as graphics and sub headings. All packages can be tailored to suit specific requirements. FAQ's
Do you offer a dual photography and videography packages for weddings?
Yes we do. You can book any combination of packages ( Sea of Love X Sea of Love, Only Love X Only Love or Only Love X Sea of Love ). For dual packages you receive a 10% discount (excludes interstate weddings and international weddings).
Do you travel?
Yes we do. We are based in Queensland, but the majority of our work is booked in different locations across Australia. We've worked and will work in all states across Australia. We have also worked internationally and are happy to travel overseas to shoot your special day.
Why is your business named Down the Rabbit Hole Productions?
My maiden name is Warren (which means rabbit hole). When I began my business nine years ago I came up with the name and its stuck. The only downside is that it can be a painfully long to type out.
I would love to book you for my wedding, what is the process?
Once you have confirmed your date I'll send through a 10% deposit invoice and the wedding contract that outlines everything you receive. Once these are returned your date will be secured. I usually touch base a few months out via Skype or for a face to face catchup to discuss the run sheet and all the particulars of your day.
Do you let the client choose music for their wedding film?
I don't use music licenses for my wedding films. For my creative process licensed music is quite limiting. Every client is different and I always like a film to reflect a couples taste in music. I'll usually ask for a list of music (generally you'll have a spotify list for your wedding anyway) and I'll choose songs from there. I'm not a fan of really commercial music, as it draws away from the film. I also don't leave music choice entirely to a client because not all music works for an edit. There are particular things I look for in a song to help tell the story. It's also 100% important to be a fan of the style of work I produce as I'm not the kind of videographer who will change my editing style upon request.
